Dr. Shahid Ahmed Shaikh has 16 years of experience in General and Laparoscopic Surgery. He started his career from teaching in medical school as assistant professor and then worked as senior specialist and consultant in Maldives. He has also worked in some of the best institutions in Saudi Arabia and India in specialist and consultant position. He has done ATLS training; he has keen interest in improving his skills and knowledge by regularly attending training programs and participating in CME’s. He is the Member of Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland, Life Member Association of Surgeons of India, Life Member World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons and Indian Medical Association.
